Axclaim ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website axclaim.com and the application at app.axclaim.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using Axclaim, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication). You may also provide a company name.
Cloud Storage Connections. When you connect third-party cloud services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box), we receive OAuth access tokens that allow us to read and organise your file metadata on your behalf. We do not store the content of your files on our servers — we only store metadata (file names, sizes, types, folder paths) needed to power the dashboard.
Contact Form. If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and message content in order to respond to your enquiry.
Usage Data. We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us maintain service reliability and improve the user experience.
Payment Information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe provides us with a transaction reference and subscription status only.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data and cloud access tokens within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or tax compliance purposes.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months to enable us to respond to follow-up enquiries.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services embedded in our app (e.g., reCAPTCHA) may set their own cookies, governed by their respective privacy policies.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
