Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Axclaim. By accessing or using our website at axclaim.com or our application at app.axclaim.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Axclaim is a cloud storage management service that lets you connect multiple cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box) into a single unified dashboard. Axclaim allows you to view, organise, search, and manage file metadata across your connected accounts.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Axclaim. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and current. Axclaim is intended for personal and business use by individuals acting on their own behalf or on behalf of an organisation they are authorised to represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@axclaim.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts by automated means, or impersonate another person or entity.
By connecting a third-party cloud storage account, you grant Axclaim the OAuth permissions required to read your file metadata and perform actions you initiate within the dashboard (such as organising or deleting files). You remain solely responsible for the content stored in your cloud accounts. Axclaim does not modify, copy, or transmit your file content — only metadata is processed.
You may disconnect any cloud account at any time from within the dashboard or by revoking access directly from the provider's settings.
Duplicate File Detection & Deletion. Axclaim’s duplicate file detection feature identifies potential duplicate files based on metadata within your connected cloud accounts. Any deletion of files through the duplicate management menu is performed solely on your explicit instruction — only the specific files you select for deletion will be removed. Axclaim is not responsible for any files deleted as a result of your own actions within the platform and accepts no liability for any data loss arising from user-initiated deletions.
File Migration. Axclaim does not perform any automatic or unsolicited migration of your files between cloud storage providers or folders. Any file migration actions are carried out only upon your explicit request and direction. We are not responsible for any data loss, duplication, corruption, or inconsistency resulting from file migrations that you initiate.

Axclaim offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Axclaim are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of your files and data stored in your connected cloud accounts. You grant Axclaim a limited licence to access and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Axclaim is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party cloud services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box) connected through Axclaim
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axclaim and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to Axclaim at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Axclaim after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
